Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Refund Policy

Although we do not offer any kind of refund your repairs and upgrades are covered under warranty as standard. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us and we will arrange for your unit to be sent back to us so we can work even harder to get the sound you want.

Warranty Info

  • 6 months warranty on all repairs as standard.
  • 12 months warranty on all upgrades at no extra cost.

Shipping and Delivery

We use Parcel Monkey and Inter Parcel to ensure we get the best courier for your needs whether you are shipping from the UK or abroad. We do offer personal collection and delivery within 5 miles of our offices. Any collection or delivery cost chargeable will we added to your final invoice.

Please allow up to 3 working days for equipment to be received by us and the same once we dispatch your unit. This may be different if you are outside the UK.

Online Payments

You are now able to pay for invoices online. We accept Visa or Mastercard and payments are processed by 2Checkout who have Level 1 PCI Compliance meaning your payments are 100% Safe and Secure.

Payments will appear on your bill as 2CO*JSAUDIO.
