M.F.’s Loss is our gain

Astounding improvement. I was quite content with my system and the way it was sounding, then the selector switch started showing its’ age. After foraging about on the internet I came across JS Audio repairs -proprietor John Sampson- surely not the same John I had spoken to at M.F. years ago! I phoned out of pure curiosity and I was delighted to find it was. After explaining my problem he explained what could be done to repair and improve my unit so I went the upgrade route as well. Not cheap I thought but when the pre-amp came back and I set it up and switched on, let it warm up, put on a piece of vinyl, and anticipated the result, then the hair on the back of my neck stood on end at the clarity and soundstage and the solid bass. Thank you John as I said at the start astounding.
