Mr.John Samson completed a five star service to my Meridian 596 DVD Player. I contacted John in 2024 with the Player not responding to DVDs neither CDs. It’s now 2026 the player sounds superb it sounds better than when I first had the Player from new it’s taken time to establish the sound qualities that the Player is renowned for, music sounds natural which is a pleasure to listen too. The level of service that I had from John is 5 star for my Meridian 596 ,i would recommend John to any audiophille who needs upgrades ,service ,repairs to your HI FI system.
