My cherished DAC had died and so I contacted John to discuss getting it fixed. John set out the options and I decided to have it upgraded. The result was superb: better defined bass, a huge sound stage, tons of detail. But, as important as the quality of the outcome was the first class service that John provided. He was informative, discussing options and suggesting solutions – and kept me informed of progress.
