We had our Nu-Vista M3 ‘Fine Tuned’ by Musical Fidelity a couple of years ago. However the channel selector became completely degraded and we contacted John to ask him to repair it and, in for a penny in for a pound, went for a general upgrade as well. What I didn’t really expect was for John to be able to make a massive difference to the sound too. We obviously love the M3 sound which is why we followed the upgrade route but now we love it even more. All the previous strengths are increased but with even more insight and gentle control. We have been delighted and particularly impressed with John’s helpfulness and the speed with which he works. A total professional – we will certainly use his services again when needed.
