I don’t normally do reviews but in this case, I’ve no hesitation in making an exception.
John was upfront about mentioning the timescale he’d be aiming for to get my amp fully restored. To my surprise, given these challenging times, he proved to be a man of his word. I know it couldn’t have been easy for him so I’m very grateful.
It sounds a bit clich√©d but nevertheless, after speaking to John on several occasions, I have realised that he has forgotten more about the technical details of HIFi equipment that I’ll ever know.
My system has never sounded better. I was going to sell the amp for a small profit but “dammit” John I’m now going to keep it as a backup.
