Bought a Meridian 557 mono on ebay, with a known fault was directed to contact John regarding a fix, having discussed the problem with John he advised a complete rebuild of the power amp due to both its age and the way the amps were built (to price, not longevity). When completed powered up and it sings beautifully. Great service and certainly great guy to have available.
